The new girl

So, I have acquired a new girlfriend that goes by the name of Amber. She's a sweet girl. I have actually gotten to spend time with her and she actually seems to like me. Cool, huh? I dunno, just felt like maybe y'all should know that there is in fact a girl in my life. Anyways, I'm looking forward to the holidays and the new semester, A.K.A. The last semester. WOOT! Anyway, Guess I'll see ya later!

Theatre?

So, Montevallo University had its college day where seniors from high schools come to check them out. I'm thinkin about this whole creative writing thing so I go in with the thought process of an English major. I was wrong. After talking to the English lady (Who only talked about poetry) I decided to just look around some. Then I met E.J. I believe he was a senior in college on the theatre major. He played in an indoor line when he was in high school and had no theatre background...a lot like me. After talking to him for a while I went to check out the theatre building. Some people started to talk to me and I realized what I wanted to do. In theatre I'll be building sets, writing screenplays and scripts, and yes acting. I think I've found my calling...and I am in for an adventure!

Nerds, Rollout!

I have a confession to make to all those who do not already know. I am a nerd. Though it may not seem to be this way, its the facts. What me to prove it? I can tell you anything about any Marvel character, I am very fluent in the Star Wars universe, I'm a video game guru, and I wear all the appropriate apparel. Don't worry if you think I don't have any friends. I have tons of friends that share the same interests I do. We aren't the "Erkle" kind of nerds, we just know everything there is to know about the material. So, if you were wondering "I wonder what Logan is into nowadays?" Now you know. Oh yea, and the only thing good about DC is Batman. Later!

Senior

The other day after the back to school bash I stopped for a moment and pondered...I'm a senior in high school. I'm at the top of the teenage food chain. This is my last year hanging out with all of my nerdy friends. Most of them are planning to go to Alabama. We say that we'll still talk after high school...but will we? There really is no way of Knowing whats going to happen after high school. Plus, as soon as I finish high school and go into college I'll be a freshman again. Back to the bottom. What will I do? Where will I live? Will I have a good job? Will I make new friends? Will I meet a lady friend? Will I make good grades? Wll I lose all contact with those closest to me now? I have so many questions that I keep to myself. Everything now seems so perfect. I have no worries. But life after high school is a new deal. It just feels weird knowing that in about than a year I'll be on my own. I know my family will still suport and help me...but It'll be different than now. I just pray that I'll be successful and happy in the college world.

Drumline

As you know I am a member of the Brookwood high school Drumline and it pretty much takes up most of my time. The marching band season just started up and the last five days I have been going through rigorous training and practice for the upcoming season. Today was my break but we start back tomorrow. I'm so sore...I feel like I'm going to implode. I am marching second bass this year, but have no fear, its because the bass part is the hardest Mr. Keeton has ever written. I'm to good for the tenor book. Not to sound cocky, but all of my drumming skills are in the bass drum. I may be okay at the rest...but bass is my specialty. Anyway, so the season is going to be tough but the satisfaction of victory in the end will be all worth it.

Return trip

We are headed home and let me tell you, The last couple of days have been quite fun. Cozumel was very fun. I got to hold a spider monkey and play with a macaw. Calica was not as fun because all it is is a big beach. The up side to Calica was that they don't have a very strict dress code. Women wear what the want...or what they don't want if you know what I mean. I have made a very good friend on this cruise. Her name is Nathalya and she's Polish. She's 16 and can speak polish fluently. I think its pretty cool. Anyway I'm gonna go enjoy the rest of this cruise. Tomorrow I will be docking back in the U.S.A!!! See you guys then!

The cruise

HEY EVERYBODY!! I am currently on a cruise to Mexico With the Nana and the PawPaw. Its great fun! The water is so navy blue its unbelievable. The pools are a little bit too small but its OK. Tomorrow we are going to be in Cozumel. I'm not sure if that's how you spell it but, whatever right? Anyway I'm having a good time and are just dropping in real quick to say hi and I'm doing great! A note that only mom and Tam will understand: I'm still a little upset but ill be OK.
Anyway if your not Mom or Tam then ignore that last part. Anyway we set sail for home Friday and are supposed to be back Saturday morning. TALK TO YOU LATER!!! By the way if I get the chance to get on again I will so just check in. Bye.

THE SICKNESS!!!

Ya know what I hate? Being sick. Ya know what I hate more? Being sick in the summer. The other night I got sick, came outta nowhere. I was just hanging out and I gradually started feeling worse, and worse. My temp. rose dramatically as well. By three in the morning I was at 103.2. Not fun. I went to the doctor and took a shot, which was supposed to make me better faster. NO. My fever was down for a little while but the quickly rose back up to 101. After a while I started to feel better and by the next morning I was fine.Because of this, though, I missed a day at work and to me...that is BAD!!! But all is good now and all I have is a little trace of sore throat left. Doctor said that it wasn't strep throat and that he didn't know what it was...just some sort of infection...scary, huh?

Hi Everybody!!

So, I've made this blog so that those in my close, relative company can keep up with my stressful, jam packed life. Let me start out by answering a few unasked, but curious questions. Yes I am in the Brookwood High School Band and Drumline, yes I do have a job at Chuck E. Cheese, yes I am still dating Ayla, and yes I do plan on going to college at Montevallo. I will be writing on this blog whenever I can, but do keep in mind that my schedule is hectic and crazy!
